Registered Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

“I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and evidence-informed, creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore and understand the deeper patterns influencing their emotions and behaviors.

My clinical framework integrates trauma-informed, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and somatic modalities to address both the mind and body’s role in healing. I incorporate mindfulness-based practices, grounding techniques, and somatic awareness to help clients regulate their nervous systems and develop a greater sense of presence and connection. This integrative approach allows clients to process experiences at their own pace while fostering resilience, emotional insight, and lasting change.

Prior to entering private practice, I worked in rural community mental health across Huron and Perth County, supporting individuals and families through complex life transitions. This experience reinforced my belief that therapy should be accessible, authentic, and rooted in meaningful human connection.”
