Jeff Lee

Life Coach – Psychotherapy Trainee

Jeff Lee is a life coach and psychotherapy trainee with more than 20 years of pastoral leadership, mentoring, and international ministry experience. Originally from Canada, he spent over a decade serving in the United Kingdom, with additional work in Germany and parts of Europe. These experiences shaped his commitment to walking with people through life’s challenges with compassion, discernment, and spiritual grounding.

Jeff’s work is also informed by his own personal journey through a challenging season of relational strain earlier in life. Having experienced the impact of emotional hardship and later the process of recovery, he understands the vulnerability, courage, and hope required to pursue healing. This gives him the ability to support clients with empathy, steadiness, and deep respect for their stories.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Religious Education and is nearing the completion of his Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University in Toronto. As he trains toward becoming a psychotherapist, he integrates evidence-informed principles with a relational and faith-sensitive approach, supporting clients as whole people—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

He especially enjoys working with all groups of people, along with his heart to help pastors, missionaries, and church leaders who are navigating emotional strain, burnout, relationship difficulties, or seasons of transition, lack of vision, and goals. Jeff provides a safe and supportive environment where individuals can rediscover hope, strengthen emotional health, and reconnect with the person God created them to be.

Through coaching, mentorship, and developing clinical competencies, Jeff is dedicated to helping people move toward resilience, renewed purpose, and deeper wholeness.
